Acute diverticulitis, epiploic appendagitis, ureteral stones, pelvic inflammatory disease and rupture ectopic pregnancy.
CT evidences diverticular outpouchings at the sigmoid colon inferring diverticulosis associated with sigmoid wall thickening and adjacent fat stranding.
