Chauffeur fracture

Discussion:

Chauffeur fractures are intraarticular fractures of the radial styloid process secondary to trauma to the back of the wrist or from forced dorsiflexion and abduction.

Findings associated with this kind of fractures are:

  • scapholunate dissociation
  • scaphoid-perilunate dislocation 
  • ulnar styloid fracture
