Fell off 20 foot cliff while mountain bike riding

C3-4 fracture dislocation.

  1. C1 posterior arch
  2. C2 hangman fracture
  3. C3/4 fracture dislocation with bilateral locked facets. 
  4. rupture of the ligamentum flavum at C7-T1
