MRI
ACL appears chronically torn from its proximal attachment. Vertical tear of the posterior horn of the lateral meniscus which begins at the inner free edge and moves through the meniscus with "marching cleft" sign on sagittal images indicating parrot beak type flap tear. The medial meniscus body and posterior horn are truncated with a large bucket-handle tear flipped into the intercondylar region. Early medial tibiofemoral cartilage degeneration.
