There is an enlarged posterior fossa with a large CSF cystic space communicating with the 4th ventricle. The vermis is not identified and suspected to be absent or hypoplastic. There is high attachment of the tentorium. The anterior and mid-body of corpus callosum are present. Findings are most consistent with a Dandy-Walker malformation.
