A second gravid female presented for a dating scan. Ultrasound shows a live ectopic pregnancy in the right adnexa. Laparoscopy revealed right tubal ectopic pregnancy. Partial Salpingectomy was done. Histopathology revealed chorionic villi in the lumen of the fallopian tube.
