Two year-history of diarrhea and abdominal pain. Unquantified weight loss.
Patient Data
35-mm polyp located at the ascending colon and 41-mm polyp in the hepatic flexure of the colon.
Colonic wall thickening at sigma and wall thickening at rectus. These findings are compatible with rectal and sigmoid synchronous cancer.

An intussusception between the descending and sigmoid colon is also seen.
Case Discussion
Histological analysis was performed for confirmation of the diagnosis of synchronous colorectal cancer. Both of these tumors were RAS/BRAF wild-type adenocarcinomas.
Rectal cancer radiological staging: T3N2b.
After chemotherapy and radiotherapy, abdominoperineal resection was performed.
