The multiple lesions demonstrate nodular and ring-enhancing at the right frontal lobe and cerebellar. The lesion in the corticomedullary junction of the right frontal reveals an eccentric target sign. These imaging features in HIV patients consistent with cerebral toxoplasmosis.
