Ultrasound
There is a well-defined lesion in the anterolateral side of the left distal third leg. The lesion is heterogeneously hypoechoic without calcification/ cystic changes. There is acoustic enhancement. A subcutaneous nerve enters and exits the lesion. The lesion is eccentric to the nerve. There is vascularity in the lesion. The cine loop extending craniocaudally shows the intermediate dorsal cutaneous branch of the superficial nerve entering and exiting the lesion.
