Left foot plantar pain and swelling for more than 6 months; recently increased. No history of trauma

Three focal fusiform hypoechoic lesions, the largest one measures 15 x 5 mm. Each is seen within the distal plantar fascia in the midfoot. There is detectable internal vascularity.

Three ill-defined fusiform focal lesions were seen within the plantar fascia at the middle to the medial aspect of the plantar arch, with low to intermediate signal on T1w and T2w sequences.
Case Discussion
Plantar fibromatosis (Ledderhose disease) is a hyperproliferative disorder involving the plantar fascia, in which hard nodules or fibromas are formed on the bottom of the foot.
The cause of this disease is unknown.
