What is the major complication of recurrent obstructive ureterolithiasis?
Renal dysfunction.
A calculus with size up to 1.5 mm in right side ureter distal segment adjacent to UVJ and hydroureteronephrosis upstream and another calculus with size up to 3 mm in left kidney lower pole are seen. Further tiny non-obstructing left upper pole stone. The bladder is relatively distended and there is fullness in the left kidney pyelocaliceal system and ureter. There is also an umbilical fat hernia and left side inguinal fat hernia.
