Patient Data

Right sided acetabular fracture with central dislocation of the femoral head.
Case Discussion
On examination, he was unable to straight leg raise on the right side and was tender over his right hip. Right leg was shortened and externally rotated as compared to the left limb. Bilateral lower limbs were neurovascularly intact. Patient was referred to orthopaedics, who decided on doing a CT trauma series due to the extent of the acetabular fracture and mechanism of injury. CT pelvis confirmed the diagnosis of acetabular fracture.
