An appendicolith is obstructing the orifice of the appendix. The wall appears incomplete suggesting perforation but the tip is well seen. Adjacent irregular, rim-enhancing abscess collection containing small spilled appendicoliths. Surrounding fat planes smudged.
Case Discussion
This is a case of acute obstructive appendicitis with perforation, spilled calculi and abscess.
