Case Discussion
There is a small bony projection seen arising from the distal humerus anterior aspect pointing towards the elbow joint, the appearances are typical for supracondylar spur.
Differential diagnosis:
May mimic exostosis and osteochondroma.
The clinician should consider the presence of the supracondylar process in the differential diagnosis of patients with neurovascular symptoms.
