In cranial MRI, there was no finding to explain clinical situation. MRA was taken for excluding probable aneurysm. Both A1 segments of the anterior cerebral artery form a single trunk.
Case Discussion
Azygos anterior cerebral artery is a rare variant of the circle of Willis where the both A1 segments of the anterior cerebral artery join to form a single trunk.
There is no anterior communicating artery.
