Classic 'speech bubble' or 'talk bubble' appearance seen in a case of Baker's cyst of knee. It is demonstrated by a well-defined cystic lesion in the popliteal fossa with a narrow 'neck' extending between the medial head of gastrocnemius and semimembranosus tendon.
