The bifid biceps tendon is seen as an incidental finding.

There is also abnormal intrasubstance increased signal along the course of supraspinatus and infraspinatus tendons representing tendinosis.

Mild capsular hypertrophy is seen along the acromioclavicular joint. Acromion type II noted.

Subacromial-subdeltoid bursal effusion is present.
