There are bilateral bifid mandibular condyles, and the two heads are separated by central notches. The medial condyles heads show a normal appearance. The lateral heads are fused with lateral aspects of the temporal-mandibular joint spaces, and there evidences of sclerotic changes in the fused heads and lateral portion of the temporal bones. 

The body and both rami of the mandible appear normal.

Case Discussion

Clinical presentation and CT features are consistent with bilateral bifid mandibular condyles with type II ankylosing.
