Bilateral pelvic kidneys with fusion and malrotation

Info

Both kidneys in the pelvic cavity fuse together in the midline with associated malrotation.
The large stone measuring about 30 mm in the right pelvicalyceal system.
No obvious sign of hydronephrosis.
Hypodense renal cortical cyst on the left.
Case Discussion
This is a case of pelvic kidneys with fusion and malrotation. CT scan with contrast would be helpful for confirmation of renal fusion anomalies, however our patient had a history of severe allergy to contrast agents in the past.
