A bucket handle tear of the medial meniscus is noted with the fragment in the notch sign and double PCL sign. Reduced volume with increased PDFS signal in both horns of the medial meniscus.
Chronic full thickness anterior cruciate ligament tear.
Buckling of posterior cruciate ligament.
Moderate joint effusion.
Baker cyst.

Bucket-handle meniscal tears are a type of displaced vertical meniscal tear where the inner part is displaced centrally. They more commonly occur in the medial meniscus and are often associated with anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) tears.
