There is a left intracavernous cystic lesion that follow CSF signal intensity on all sequences, including FLAIR and DWI, without mass effect.

Case Discussion

Intracavernous sinus arachnoid cysts are rare congenital lesions and have been reported infrequently in the literature. Arachnoid cysts are approximately 1% of all intracranial space occupying lesions that some of them remain asymptomatic while others may expand and cause symptoms.
