The celiac artery and the SMA originate from a common trunk.
The celiac artery is ectatic and quadrifurcates into the right and left hepatic arteries, the left gastric artery, and the splenic artery.
No pheochromocytoma or any other lesion found.
Tiny calcified splenic granulomas.
Small simple cortical cyst and several other tiny ones in the left kidney.
