Central cholangiocarcinoma and PTC insertion

Presentation

Abdominal pain and jaundice.

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Male

The liver is not cirrhotic and shows extensive intrahepatic biliary dilatation with abrupt cut off in the left and right main hepatic ducts at hilar region where there is infiltrative ill-defined mass which appears slightly high signal intensity on T2WI, restricted on DWI, and shows retained contrast on delayed phases.
