Pneumatisation of bilateral middle turbinates is noted. No significant nasal septal deviation. No other significant abnormal findings in the paranasal sinuses and nasal cavity.

Concha bullosa refers to pneumatisation of middle nasal turbinates. It can be unilateral or bilateral (as in this case).
Concha bullosa may be an incidental finding without any clinical significance (as in this case) while it can cause nasal septal deviation when unilateral.
