Info

Left to right cross-fused renal ectopia is seen.

The right kidney shows an irregular-shaped, radiodense calculus measuring 20 mm with a mean density of up to 1416HU causing focal caliectasis noted in the upper pole.

The stomach is distended with dilated distal visualized esophagus. However, no gastric lesion is identified.

The rest of the abdominal viscera appears unremarkable.

Case Discussion

CT features are consistent with crossed fused renal ectopia, which is a congenital urological anomaly with right obstructive nephrolithiasis.
