Flowing ossifications anterior to the vertebral bodies from C3 to C7 (probably even below that level- so-called flowing ossifications).
There are also linear calcifications along the path of vertebral arteries bilaterally (visible on the frontal view).
Case Discussion
DISH, in this case, can be considered as an incidental finding and patients symptoms are probably caused by degenerative changes of the cervical spine and possible insufficiency of vertebral circulation.
