Presentation
Patient fell and injured his left forearm. Presents with pain and swelling.
Patient Data

There are distal metadiaphyseal continuous radial and ulna fractures with dorsal angulation, minimal distraction and associated soft tissue swelling.
There is an incidental left supracondylar spur.
Case Discussion
Supracondylar spur projects anteromedially from the distal humerus metadiaphysis towards the elbow joint versus an osteochondroma which would point away from the joint.
The ligament of Struthers, a fibrous vestigial remnant usually arises from the supracondylar spur and represents a rare cause of median nerve entrapment.
