Multiple cerebral rim-enhancing lesions with exuberant perilesional vasogenic oedema.

Bilateral diffuse small pulmonary nodularity. Right hilar opacity with lobulated margins consistent with lymphadenopathy. Small right-sided pleural effusion.

Case Discussion

This case demonstrates evidence of systemic tuberculosis denoted by millet sized pulmonary nodularity in-keeping with miliary tuberculosis and the cerebral rim-enhancing lesions are regarded as tuberculomas.
