Transvaginal ultrasound shows a gestational sac, size: 43 mm x 50 mm x 20 mm. MSD = 38.0 mm
Yolk sac: not visible.
Embryo present - CRL - 11mm. Embryonic heart action absent.
Case Discussion
These findings (CRL more than 7 mm and absent embryonic heart rate) are consistent with missed miscarriage.
