  • bucket-handle tear of the lateral meniscus with the body displaced behind the anterior horn creating a double-delta sign, in keeping with the flipped meniscus

  • horizontal tear along with the medial meniscus body and posterior horn

  • bony bruise of the lateral femur condyle middle weight bearing and tibia plateau

  • complete tear of the ACL and PCL buckling
