Presentation
Bilateral proptosis and ptosis with a history of sinonasal polyposis.
Patient Data

Remarkable mucosal thickening and fluid in all paranasal sinuses and nasal cavities with sinus cavities and ostiomeatal complex obliteration and right side nasal septum deviation with spur are seen. Fluid-filled lytic expansile foci in both frontal sinuses extended within the upper orbital cavity through bone erosion in the orbital roof are seen which have an impression on levator palpebral superioris muscles. Bilateral hypotropia and proptosis more pronounced on the right side are also seen.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the uncommon bilateral frontal mucocele by frontal sinus outflow tract obstruction due to chronic sinonasal polyposis. In patients who suffered from chronic sinonasal polyposis in case of ptosis and proptosis frontal mucocele must be suspected.
