Multifocal osseous resorption involving distal fingers, most pronounced at the level of third finger where distal phalanx is absent and additionally middle phalanx is distally resorbed.

Arthrosis in radiocarpal joint with significant loss of joint space. Mild degenerative changes in the first carpometacarpal and metacarpophalangeal and interphalangeal joints ( 2nd to 5th).

Relative sparring of the 5th finger and thumb.

Background diffusely decreased bone density.
