Case Discussion
Patient presented with pelvic pain after fall, with trauma scan showing right pubic ring fractures and extraperitoneal hematoma.
After identifying key trauma findings, it is also important to perform a "non-trauma" search pattern, particularly in elderly patients. This patient has incidentally detected biopsy-proven gallbladder carcinoma.
