Two separate gallbladders are seen. Each appears normal in size, shape and outlines.

No gallbladder luminal calculus, abnormal wall thickening, distension or peri-gall bladder collection.

No dilatation of intra and extrahepatic biliary channels.

Case Discussion

Gallbladder duplication is an extremely rare congenital variant that can be detected incidentally.
