Enlarged extraocular muscles more pronounced in the inferior rectus muscle and medial rectus muscle, pronounced bilateral proptosis and enlarged prolapsed lacrimal glands are seen. Increased orbital fat in both sides is seen.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the typical non-contrast MDCT features of the Graves ophthalmopathy including enlarged extraocular muscles more prominent in inferior and medial rectus muscles, increased orbital fat bulged within the eyelids, enlarged and prolapsed lacrimal glands and pronounced proptosis.
