  • non-displaced avulsed cortical bone of the greater tuberosity of the left humerus at the attachment of the supraspinatus and infraspinatus tendons associated with underlying bone marrow edema/bruise

  • supraspinatus tendon footprint fibers and infraspinatus tendon superior fibers show abnormal intrasubstance increased fluid signal related to tendinosis

  • subacromial/subdeltoid bursal effusion
