A transverse fracture with mild displacement and slight angulation is seen in the surgical neck of the humerus without the involvement of greater and lesser tuberosity.

The humeral head showed a normal spherical contour without signs of dislocation.

No acromioclavicular dislocation or scapular and clavicle fracture.
