There is disruption of the left ice cream cone appearance of the incudomalleolar joint where the head of malleus is separated from the body of incus. The ice cream cone sign is preserved on the right side.
Case Discussion
Incudomalleolar joint separation represents the commonest type of ossicular chain disruption. Patient typically presents with conductive hearing loss.
