Exaggerated meningeal enhancement at right frontal extra-axial region and surrounding the surface of spinal cord. Focal hyperintense signal is seen on the T2W, FLAIR images in the right frontal region.
Case Discussion
CSF findings suggestive of changes of tuberculous meningitis.
Focal meningitis at right frontal region and surrounding the spinal cord.
