Endotracheal tube tip is sitting at the thoracic inlet, right sided intercostal drain's tip is against the mediastinum there is also bilateral chest cannulas in situ.
Right sided haemothorax with diffuse airspace opacification throughout. The mediastinum is shifted to the left, bilateral clavicle fractures and multiple rib fractures, most likely with large flail segments. Bilateral subcutaneous emphysema.
