Hypoplasia and lateralisation of the right humeral head, with protuberance of the greater tuberosity. Hypoplastic and retroverted glenoid. Predisposition to glenohumeral instability.

Follow-up of congenital paralysis of the left brachial plexus, with limited movement of the affected limb.
