Right proximal ulnar diaphysis fracture with minimal displacement, known as a nightstick fracture. Evidence of penetrating trauma in subcutaneous tissues overlying the fracture is also noted.
Radoiocarpal alignment is normal.

Ulnar diaphyseal fractures are known as nightstick fractures. They are often seen in victims of assault who in attempt to protect themselves from the strike, use the forearm and sustain ulnar injury.
