Case Discussion
That is a case of left eye globe rupture and vitreous haemorrhage due to direct blow to the left eye globe and flat tire or mushroom shape of the left eye globe on performed non-contrast orbital MDCT. Ocular rupture diagnosis is based on history, clinical examination, and imaging and has the worst prognosis among eye injuries and must be treated urgently.
