Findings was changed:

The patient is mildly rotated. There is some minor retrocardiac LLLleft lower lobe consolidation in keeping with a pneumonia.

Incidental curvilinear osseous structure in the lower side of the neck on the left side. It curves laterally which is atypical for a cervical rib. The lateral end is adjacent to and possibly articulates with the medial angle of the scapula. The scapula is elevated. This is in keeping with an omovertebral bone and Sprengel shoulder.
