Presentation
Facial trauma and subsequent left orbital pain and the left eye limitation in abduction.
Patient Data

Left orbital medial wall blow-out fracture and herniated orbital fat and medial rectus muscle within the fracture gap and nasal side postseptal extraconal emphysema are seen. Minimally displaced fracture and maxillary sinus haemorrhage are noted. On the left side, mild enophthalmos and eye esodeviation are also seen.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the entrapped medial rectus muscle within the orbital medial wall blow-out fracture gap which has led to the limitation in the abduction of the left eye. Enophthalmos is another major complication of blow-out fracture which is more readily seen in fractures of the medial wall.
