Orbital medial wall blow-out fracture

Right orbital medial wall blow-out fracture with fat and medial rectus muscle hernia within the fracture gap, partially penetrated fractured bones within the muscle, right eye temporal deviation, and preseptal and lacrimal gland soft tissue swelling are seen.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the non-contrast MDCT features of orbital medial wall blow-out fracture and associated medial rectus muscle and orbital fat hernia within the fracture gap.
