Multiple calculi are seen in common bile duct, common hepatic duct and intrahepatic biliary radicals studded in liver. No cholelithiasis.
Case Discussion
In absence of cholelithiasis or common bile duct stricture, numerous intrahepatic calculi and dilated biliary tree, suggest diagnosis of oriental cholangiohepatitis.
