Info

An osteolytic lesion is seen in the distal phalanx of the first toe, accompanied by surrounding soft tissue edema that contains small air densities, highly suggestive of osteomyelitis.
In addition, an avulsion fracture is noted in the medial aspect of the navicular bone, accompanied by soft tissue swelling.
Os peroneum is also observed.
