Recurring coldness, pallor and initial cyanosis of the right foot, especially in the tips of the toes. History of slight distortion 6 weeks ago. Persistent pain.

Axial PD fat sat

Bone marrow edema in all predominantly livid distal phalanges of the right foot and no sufficient contrast in the distal arterial vessels of the right foot, especially no contrast of interdigital arteries.
Case Discussion
Bone marrow signal alterations have been described in both Raynaud's phenomenon of the hand and foot. The MR angiography is almost pathognomonic for Raynaud's.
