Middle aged male with history of road traffic injury.

Intra-articular oblique fragmented fracture of the distal end of right radius with mild volar displacement. Fracture extends to intra-articular surface along the volar & central aspects. The dorsal aspect of the distal radius is not involved. (Reverse Barton fracture).
Comminuted fracture of proximal end of proximal phalanx of thumb (1st digit).

Case Discussion
Reverse Barton fracture is an eponymous fracture which represents an intra-articular fracture of the distal radius with volar displacement. It is also known by the name of volar type Barton fracture.
